Only 3.5 miles south of I-70 @ mile marker 346. Very secluded. Just minutes from dozens of restaurants & shopping. Caretaker, hay, and bedding available upon request.

Barn Facilities

Heated Barn with 3 – 12’ x 20’ foaling stalls, 5 – 10’ x 12’ stalls and 4 – 12’ x 14’ stalls; all with automatic waterers, feed buckets and rubber mats. A large wash rack and space for veterinary work including stocks is provided. The stalls are all block, no wood – very safe and secure.

Outside Facilities

11 outside runs - 9 include covered overhangs; 2 have a 3-sided stone barn. Heated, automatic waterers are provided in 5 of the runs. The size of the runs range from 15’ x 100’ to 50’ x 60’. There is a 45’ diameter round pen. All pens are pipe, no barbed wire.

Human Accommodations photos

We offer a fully furnished stone cabin available with 2 bedrooms,
1 bath with tub and shower, living room area that looks out to several of the runs, dining table in the fully equipped kitchen - refrigerator, stove, and microwave. No smoking or pets allowed in this cabin.
